At Cravingoo, we have a “7-day return and refund policy” in case of wrong product is received, damaged or defective upon delivery, tampered with or missing items, opened or partially consumed packets. No refund is available on food items.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch along with the reason. Once approved, your refund will be initiated within 7 business days to your original payment method.
